We are looking for a
Finance Manager
to support Business Financial Services and work closely with the Assistant Superintendent, supporting the administrative offices of 30 districts.
Finance, accounting, budgeting, and payroll
Payroll taxes, wage laws, and ACA reporting
Retirement systems: ERS/TRS
Accounts receivable and check processing
W-2/1099 processing and year-end reporting
EFT, ACH, and Positive Pay files
State reporting and fiscal year-end processing
HR, bidding, and financial systems administration
Strong payroll and accounting background
Knowledge of tax laws and fiscal procedures
Ability to train others and work in a high-profile, accuracy-focused environment
Must be local and available for an in-person interview
