I’m partnering with a

growing third-party manufacturer in Hialeah

to find a hands-on

Cost Accountant

for their finance team.

This isn’t a “stay in your lane” accounting job. You’ll work right where finance meets production: digging into costs, finding savings, and helping the business run tighter every month. Your work will be seen, and it will matter.

What you’ll own

✅ Cost and variance analysis that drives real production decisions and savings

✅ Fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and construction in progress (CIP)

✅ Month-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, getting the numbers right

✅ Budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

✅ GAAP compliance, plus support on internal and external audits

✅ Working with operations and other teams to improve processes and reporting

What you bring

Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (an Associate’s plus solid experience works too)

Manufacturing OR inventory-based accounting experience (required)

Strong Excel skills: pivot tables and VLOOKUP come naturally to you

ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar)

A solid grasp of GAAP

Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus
