Sales Renewal Manager

My name is Bill Stevens, and I have a new full-time Sales Renewal Manager opportunity available for a major firm located in Brentwood, Long Island that could be of interest to you, please review my specification below and I am available at any time to speak with you so please feel free to call me. The ideal candidate should also possess a green card or be of citizenship. No Visa entanglements and no H1-B holding company submittals.

This position will be paying $95,000 - $100,000 plus an attractive benefits package.

Essential duties and responsibilities

Entering customer contract details within the firms current CRM software package.

Obtain knowledge of the terms and conditions within the firms Master Service Agreement (MSA) and know and understand the entitlements provided to our customers

Prepare Maintenance Pricing and Costing by utilizing current quoting pricing tool

Prepare and Execute Maintenance Agreements

Subscription Renewal Management/Communication

Using CRM software to track contract/subscription renewals (Internally/Externally) and provide reports to the necessary teams to execute/deliver on renewals.

Value-Added Services: Offering value-added services promotional/current additional discounts to customers to increase contract/subscription revenue

Customer

Education

Providing ongoing education and support to help customers derive maximum value from their contract/subscription

Monitoring Competitor Activity: Keeping an eye on competitor activity and market trends to ensure the company remains competitive and continues to offer value proposition that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Feedback Collection: Soliciting feedback from customer on their experience with the company’s products or services.

Technical Skills: Assesses own strengths and weaknesses; Pursues training and development opportunities; Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Shares expertise with others.

Customer Service: Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle/NetSuite CRM platform.

Understanding of Subscription and Billing Account relationships

Understanding of Revenue Recognition Process

Understanding of Revenue Arrangements/Revenue Rules

Customer CHURN Management and Reporting

Strong willingness and ability to learn new software applications quickly.

Qualifications

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
