What You'll Be Doing
Developing new business through sales, prospecting and cold calling
Building relationships with new and existing clients
Learning how to pitch and sell recruitment solutions across the technology market
Sourcing and headhunting candidates
Managing candidate and client relationships throughout the recruitment process
Negotiating and closing deals
Building your own network and specialist market
Working towards clear sales, activity and revenue targets
Who We're Looking For
