About the Role
LACOSTA is seeking an experienced Sanitation Manager to oversee sanitation operations, maintain a clean and safe facility, and ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, USDA, GMP, and other applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
Manage daily cleaning and sanitation operations.
Supervise, train, and evaluate sanitation staff.
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
Maintain sanitation records and inspection logs.
Manage cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance.
Investigate sanitation issues and implement corrective actions.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of sanitation, safety, and regulatory standards.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
