Insurance Sales Representative We are seeking a motivated and confident Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with new customers, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. The ideal candidate is self-driven, possesses strong time management skills, and demonstrates grit and resilience in a competitive sales environment. Knowledge of property casualty insurance and life insurance is essential to effectively serve clients and grow our customer base. Duties
Meet with new customers to assess their insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options Promote and sell property casualty insurance policies as well as life insurance products Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach and relationship building Educate clients on policy features, benefits, and coverage options to facilitate informed decision-making Manage your schedule efficiently to maximize client meetings and follow-ups Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide accurate information Demonstrate confidence, motivation, and resilience when handling objections or challenging sales situations Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities for reporting purposes
