Base salary of $50,000, with meaningful upside — top performers can see base grow over time
Commission: $2,000 per home purchased
Top performers earned $125K last year

Source, negotiate, and close residential property purchases directly with motivated sellers
Build strong relationships and trust with homeowners
Make offers and manage deals from first contact through close
Visit properties for assessments, inspections, and negotiations

Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
CRM proficient and tech-savvy
Flexible schedule for evenings/weekends when needed
