If you're 4 or 5 years into your tax career at a large CPA firm and have started thinking, "I could do so much more if someone would just let me," this might interest you.
I'm working with a smaller, ambitious CPA practice where entrepreneurial people tend to do rather well.
The person leading the practice came from a large firm themselves. They know what it's like to have great ideas, plenty of motivation and approximately 17 layers of approval standing between you and actually doing something.
Here, you'll get closer to clients, take on more responsibility and have the freedom to develop your career based on your ambition rather than how long you've occupied a particular chair.
They're looking for someone with 4 to 5 years of public accounting tax experience, a bit of commercial curiosity and the motivation to make things happen.
Someone who doesn't just want a job. They want to build a career they're genuinely excited about.
And no, joining a smaller firm doesn't mean thinking smaller. Quite the opposite.
