Desktop Support Technician

About the Opportunity
We're looking for a hands-on Site Support Technician to join a growing healthcare organization supporting multiple clinic locations throughout the Cleveland area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with end users, troubleshooting technical issues, and serving as the go-to IT resource for clinic staff.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide onsite technical support for clinic and office staff across multiple locations
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues
Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
Support workstations, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
Assist end users with system access, application support, and technology-related questions
Coordinate with internal IT teams to resolve escalated issues
Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and technical procedures
Help maintain equipment inventory and perform device deployments
Support day-to-day clinic operations by ensuring technology remains functional and reliable
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience
Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and common business applications
Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between local sites as needed
Preferred Experience
Healthcare IT environment experience
Device deployment and inventory management experience
