Join the Blase Trucking Team

Blase Trucking is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our growing office team. We are a family-owned cattle hauling company built on hard work, reliability, and strong relationships within the livestock and transportation industries.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. We are willing to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Billing and invoicing

Accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

Data entry and record keeping

Month-end accounting support

Account reconciliations

Compiling load information from drivers

Communicating with drivers regarding paperwork and load details

Assisting with daily office operations and administrative support

Qualifications

Entry-level applicants encouraged to apply

Some office or accounting experience preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel preferred

Transportation, agriculture, or logistics experience is a plus
