Overview

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful

Contract Sourcer

to support hiring efforts for engineering, technical, and operational roles. This individual will focus primarily on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Experience sourcing within engineering, logistics, transportation, industrial, or port-related industries is highly preferred.

Key

Responsibilities

Source qualified candidates for engineering, technical, project management, and operational positions using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and other sourcing tools.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening conversations.

Generate candidate leads and provide qualified talent to recruiters and hiring managers.

Develop targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.

Maintain candidate records and activity within the ATS.

Track sourcing metrics and provide pipeline updates.

Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
