APremium Healthcare Solution, LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Virtual Nurse Consultant to join our growing team full time in Conyers, GA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes from a flexible, virtual setting. If you're a skilled nursing professional ready to bring your expertise to a dynamic healthcare environment, we want to hear from you!
Provide virtual nursing consultations and clinical guidance to patients and healthcare teams
Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate appropriate follow-up care
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care recommendations accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and wellness strategies
Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing telehealth support and case management
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and company policies
Minimum 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in a relevant healthcare setting
Experience with telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and virtual care delivery
Ability to work independently and manage a virtual caseload efficiently
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable remote work environment
