Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Sales Executives. This role involves selling insurance products through direct customer interaction and daily market visits. Candidates will engage with potential customers, explain product features, handle inquiries, and close sales. The position requires regular fieldwork and active engagement with clients. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you understand the insurance products and sales process. Freshers are welcome to apply, and shortlisted candidates will receive an introductory briefing on the product during the interview stage.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct visits to markets and commercial areas to identify and approach potential customers.
Clearly explain insurance products, including benefits, coverage, and terms, following training.
Assess customer needs, respond to inquiries, and follow up to successfully close policy sales.
Assist customers with completing applications and submitting required documentation.
Maintain accurate records of market visits, customer leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Work diligently towards achieving assigned sales targets and provide regular updates on progress.

Required Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in approaching customers and effectively presenting products.
Willingness to perform daily market visits and work in a field-based sales environment.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and dedication to meeting sales goals.
No prior experience required; fresh graduates and newcomers to sales are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Previous experience in sales or insurance is advantageous but not mandatory.
Fixed monthly stipend of PKR 35,000.
Attractive commission of 10% on every insurance policy sold.
Comprehensive product training and ongoing sales support.
