Maintenance & Engineering Manager

Mebane, NC | $140K-$145K | Fully Onsite | Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Engineering Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, facilities, and technical operations in a highly automated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.

Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and overall plant performance.

Build and lead the TPM Progressive Maintenance (PM) pillar.

Reduce downtime through root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Lead and develop maintenance and technical teams.

Support capital projects, equipment installations, and commissioning.

Manage maintenance KPIs, budgets, spare parts, and resources.

Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and FSMA requirements.

Qualifications

7+ years of maintenance, engineering, or technical leadership experience.

Strong TPM experience, including the PM pillar, required.

Strong electrical, mechanical, automation, and PLC knowledge.

Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens PLC experience.

Experience in highly automated manufacturing environments.

Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field required.
