Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide clear and accurate interpretation between English and the language of your assigned clients

Ensure confidentiality and neutrality in all interpretations

Build rapport with clients to establish trust and promote effective communication

Familiarize yourself with relevant terminology in various industries to ensure accuracy in interpretation

Collaborate with colleagues to address any challenges or issues that may arise during interpretations

Maintain a professional demeanor at all times while representing our company

Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding interpretation services

Requirements

Fluent in both English and the language of your assigned clients

Excellent verbal communication skills in both languages

Strong understanding of cultural differences and able to adapt communication accordingly

Proven experience as an interpreter preferred but not required

Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism

Familiarity with relevant terminology or industry-specific vocabulary is a plus
