Are you a COO, VP of Operations, or Operations Director looking for a true #2 leadership role where you can help scale an established aerospace and defense manufacturer through major growth and long-term succession planning?
This is a rare opportunity to join a business with 50+ years of history and a close-knit, on-site leadership team, where you will play a key part in operational strategy, execution, and customer-facing leadership as the company targets significant expansion over the next four years.
You’ll take ownership across manufacturing operations, driving performance and building the structure, processes, and leadership needed to support rapid growth, working closely with the C-suite and key stakeholders.
