Job Title Job Description You will have expertise and advanced knowledge required to plan, develop, evaluate, and execute short- and long-range programs; serve as an advisor on assigned programs, highly specialized fields, or industries that have wide-ranging consequences. You will have mastery of, and skill in applying expertise in advanced concepts, principles, practices, and techniques of two or more engineering disciplines sufficient to perform key programmatic responsibilities in difficult assignments. You will have advanced knowledge of analytical techniques, practices, and strategies; ability to identify and solve problems. You will have expertise and skill in communicating orally and in writing technical documents. You will have knowledge of DoD and DON budgetary and financial management systems, and Federal procurement practices. You will have the ability to manage assigned technical/administrative operations and programs.
