The HR and Talent Coordinator role at WeProms supports real marketing, operations, creative, analytics, and client growth work across Pakistan and international markets. We look for people who can communicate clearly, document their work, and improve a process instead of only completing assigned tasks.
A strong candidate for HR and Talent Coordinator understands that agency work moves quickly. Priorities can change when campaign data, client feedback, deadlines, or technical blockers appear. The right person stays organized, asks useful questions, and keeps the team informed before a small issue becomes a delivery problem.
In this role, success means reliable ownership. You understand the brief, confirm the expected output, complete work on time, and explain what changed. You do not need to know every tool on day one, but you should be willing to learn modern SEO, paid media, analytics, content, automation, AI, and collaboration workflows.
WeProms values people who can connect their work to business outcomes. A task is not only a task; it may affect a landing page, a sales funnel, a client report, an ad campaign, a CRM stage, or a customer experience.
