About the Role:
The primary objective for this position is to market and sell web-based rich-media advertisements to exhibitors at leading trade shows.
A driven, highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills will excel in this position.
Responsibilities:
Establish contact with existing customers and prospects via video conferencing and e-mail
Develop effective marketing and sales communications
Close sales by demonstrating the value of the Map Your Show advertising model
Continue to service customers and build relationships after the sale to encourage repeat business
Manage and upsell current business
Develop relationships with event managers/partners
Manage MYS software implementation to follow best practices
Travel to strategically important trade shows throughout the United States
Required Education, Skills and
College degree or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience leveraging AI tools to create content and improve efficiency is a plus
Experience in the tradeshow industry as an event manager, sales professional, marketing professional, exhibitor, or attendee is a plus
Located within daily commuting distance of Map Your Show Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio is preferred but not required
