Inbound Life Insurance Sales Executive

We are expanding our sales organization and hiring motivated professionals who want access to exceptional training, consistent inbound opportunities and uncapped earning potential.

This is not a cold-calling position.

Our Sales Executives work exclusively with high-quality inbound prospects who have already expressed interest in life insurance. There is no door knocking, prospecting friends and family or purchasing leads.

Both licensed insurance agents and individuals who are completely new to the industry are encouraged to apply.

New agents commonly earn between $8,000 and $15,000 per month after becoming trained and productive. Our highest-performing Sales Executives earn more than $30,000 per month.

Two Paths to Join

Already Licensed

Licensed agents receive hands-on training, proven sales systems and access to a consistent flow of inbound prospects. This is an opportunity to focus on selling and serving clients without spending personal money on leads.

Not Licensed Yet

No insurance experience is required,

We provide guidance through the licensing process followed by paid, hands-on sales training designed to prepare motivated candidates for success. We are looking for people with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to be coached.

What You Will Do

Speak with prospective clients through 100% inbound calls
Identify each client’s needs, goals and coverage concerns
Educate clients on available life insurance solutions
Recommend appropriate coverage based on the client’s situation
Guide clients through the application process
Build trust through professional and consultative communication
Follow our proven sales process and compliance standards
Maintain accurate client information and activity records
Participate in coaching, training and performance reviews
Consistently work toward individual and team production goals

Previous experience in insurance, phone sales, automotive sales, real estate, recruiting, hospitality, customer service or other performance-based industries is valuable but not required.

This is a performance based sales opportunity. Individual earnings are not guaranteed and will vary based on activity, skill, consistency and production.
