Are you a stamping or pressroom leader ready to own an entire press operation? At Metalsa Hopkinsville, you’ll lead all press operations in our chassis plant, with a real voice in budgets, new product launches and continuous improvement.
Full ownership of the press area: safety, quality, delivery, cost and people
Help shape the annual profit plan, equipment needs and new programs
Lead and develop your team
Work within the Metalsa Operating System (MOS), a lean system similar to TPS

What you’ll do
Lead a safety-first culture, with a goal of zero accidents
Oversee daily and monthly production and hit production targets
Drive lean and continuous improvement for top quality and on-time delivery at the lowest cost
Support the Area Manager on budgets, forecasting, staffing, equipment and quality goals
Support new product launches and programs
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
3–5 years leading press operations, as a Press Operations Manager or in a similar role (e.g., Stamping Manager, Pressroom Manager or Stamping Superintendent)
Experience with lean manufacturing, quality management systems and EHS fundamentals
Availability for weekend and after-hours support as needed
Pay: $110K–$120K, plus relocation assistance for US-based candidates
15 days of prorated vacation plus paid holidays
