We are hiring an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant in Illinois. This full-time, salaried position pays $70,000 - $78,000 per year with a competitive benefits package. Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including front of house, kitchen, and takeout
Recruit, hire, train, and develop managers and team members
Drive sales and profitability through labor scheduling, food cost control, and inventory management
Deliver fast, friendly, accurate service in a clean, welcoming environment
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and operational standards are met every shift
Review P&L results and create action plans to reach sales and budget goals
Build a positive, people-first team culture through coaching and recognition
2+ years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant, QSR, or food service setting
Proven track record leading teams and managing a P&L
ServSafe Manager certification, or ability to obtain
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation
