Location

Fife, WA – On-site opportunity in the Tacoma metro area. Work closely with our accounting and operations teams in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Note:

Candidates must have 3+ years of manufacturing accounting experience and be fluent in both English and Mandarin. Hands-on experience with manufacturing cost accounting and inventory is essential.

Job Description

Manage manufacturing and cost accounting activities, including inventory accounting and cost analysis.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations.

Analyze production costs, inventory movements, and manufacturing variances to identify opportunities for improvement.

Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support business decisions.

Collaborate with operations, production, and finance teams to maintain accurate accounting records.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and accounting process improvements.

Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin with relevant business stakeholders.

Qualifications

3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.

Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.

Hands-on experience with manufacturing cost accounting and inventory.

Understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
