KGT Global is hiring for Trainee Project Manager / Client Services Representative (CSR) in Karachi, Pakistan.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with natural leadership abilities who are eager to develop their careers in a fast-paced and professional environment. We are looking for a Trainee Project Manager / Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis. The role requires working night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM, six days a week, to accommodate international time zones. This position is not open to students and offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to 45,000.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily tasks and coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
Support project execution by providing timely updates to stakeholders and maintaining clear communication
Liaise with team members and clients as needed to facilitate operations and resolve issues
Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and track progress of ongoing projects
Follow instructions carefully and consistently meet deadlines to support project goals

Required Qualifications

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply; prior experience is preferred but not mandatory
Strong communication skills with fluency in English are essential for effective client and team interactions
Basic understanding of a professional work environment and workplace etiquette
Demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role
Availability to work night shifts aligned with international time zones
