Florida 4-40 Licensed Customer Representative
to join our growing team.
If you’re an experienced insurance professional who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and building lasting relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional customer service and support to policyholders
Answer insurance questions and assist with policy needs
Process policy changes, payments, certificates, and other service requests
Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify opportunities to assist clients with additional insurance needs
Maintain accurate customer and policy information within our agency management system
What We’re Looking For
Active
Florida 4-40 Resident Customer Representative License
Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
Strong attention to detail and organization
$40,000–$50,000 base salary + commission
