Rose Hill, KS (Onsite)

Full-Time

Oversee daily accounting operations, general ledger, and month-end close.

Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and financial reports.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and variance analysis.

Oversee job costing, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.

Manage audits, internal controls, tax filings, and lender/investor reporting.

Present financial performance, KPIs, and insights to executive leadership and the Board.

Improve financial systems, processes, and ERP capabilities.

6+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including controllership and FP&A.

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, job costing, and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition.

Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
