Derby, KS | In-Person | $65,000 - $75,000 /yr + Annual Bonus | Full-Time

A well established and growing, employee-focused wealth management firm with a collaborative team that cares about their people is hiring a Client Service Associate. You will be the go-to service partner for private wealth advisors and their clients, delivering responsive support and a consistently great client experience while building your own career with strong training and mentorship.

What You’ll Do

Manage existing client relationships by processing requests, resolving inquiries, and keeping client information current

Take a proactive, solutions-based approach to strengthening client relationships

Onboard new clients by gathering data and financial statements and training them on digital tools

Drive client retention through proactive outreach and documented follow-up

Work with the investment, compliance, planning, and advisor teams to deliver a seamless client experience

Support advisors with phones, scheduling, and business travel

Take part in training and development to stay sharp on policies and procedures

What You Bring

2+ years of similar or related experience preferred

Series 65 license, or ability to obtain it within 120 days of hire (continued employment is contingent on obtaining it)

Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families

Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and AI tools

Bachelor’s degree preferred

A service-first mindset and strong communication skills
