Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email

Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service

Assist customers with questions regarding orders, accounts, products, or services

Research customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions

Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems

Document customer interactions and follow-up activities

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues

Process customer requests and maintain accurate records

Follow up with customers as needed to ensure issues are resolved

Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned

Qualifications

0–3 years of customer service, call center, administrative support, or related experience preferred

Entry-level candidates with strong communication and customer service skills are encouraged to apply

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone and through email

Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests

High school diploma or equivalent
