Contract 1 year with possible extension

Pay: $20-$22\hr(The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Hybrid 3 days onsite a week

Must Have

Detail oriented, punctual

Pick up things quickly

Communicate effectively & know when to escalate

Go-getter w/ initiative – they assign their own tasks

Nice to Have

SailPoint/Servicenow ticketing

Active directory

Imaging/reimaging/troubleshoot

ServiceNow

Previous tech support environment

Other Notes

Has worked with and recognized other vendors

No overtime at any time

The team manages a large number of applications (10+)

Could be 1-3 steps to provision them or 10-15 steps

Less phone support – communicate via email

Job Description:

Daily responsibilities will consist of creating, modifying, and deleting user access accounts in various applications for all lines of business across our organization. Troubleshoot provisioning errors, work on various access clean-up projects, cross train within the team.
