Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Lahore Pakistan As the Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architecture projects from concept development to construction completion

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month and it includes free visa and ticket

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture design and project management
Excellent knowledge of architectural principles building codes and construction methods
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
Proficient in AutoCAD Revit and other design software
Ability to communicate effectively with clients contractors and stakeholders
Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Must be eligible to work in Pakistan

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of architecture projects from initial concept development to construction completion
Manage a team of architects and designers providing guidance and support as needed
Develop project timelines and budgets ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget constraints
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their requirements
Review designs for compliance with building codes safety regulations and aesthetic standards
Conduct site visits to ensure projects are being executed according to plans
Communicate regularly with contractors and other stakeholders involved in the project
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in architectural design
