What You’ll Be Doing
Own payroll for about 1,200 employees across multiple states and divisions
Run weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly cycles accurately and on time
Keep payroll compliant with federal, state, and local regulations
Lead a two-person team, plus interns
Maintain accurate payroll records
Partner with teams across the business to resolve issues
Research problems and recommend improvements
What You’ll Need to be Considered
5+ years of payroll experience
Working knowledge of Excel
Oracle and Paylocity experience
Multi-state payroll experience
Comfort juggling multiple pay frequencies
Payroll team management experience
