Job Description

~ Create and manage product SKUs

~ Generate and send customer quotes for add-on orders

~ Place add-on and demo orders for existing customers

~ Track orders through delivery and add product serial numbers to customer specific databases

~ Assist with new customer rollouts, ensuring smooth setup and ordering

~ Support existing customer renewals

~ Assist with subscription plan changes for existing customers

~ Process customer one-time invoices

~ Support equipment returns and swaps, coordinating logistics as needed

~ Maintain accurate records across relevant systems throughout all the above

~ Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers to ensure timely execution

~ Must reside in Arizona and be available during MST working hours

~ Ability to commit to the full mid-November to mid-February timeframe

~ Experience in supply chain, order management, or customer operations preferred

~ Excellent communication skills for coordinating across internal teams and customers

~ Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks

Hourly Rate: $18/hour

Duration:Mid-November to Mid-February (exact dates TBD)

Remote; Arizona residents only

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST (40 hours per week)
