Staff Accountant II The Staff Accountant II joins the Cash, Investments, and Debt team to manage financial reconciliations and complex data tracking. This role resolves variance issues and supports closing activities across financial systems to maintain data integrity. The position ensures accurate reporting and seamlessly supports cross-functional teams through structural financial shifts. Core Skills, Competencies, and Key Experiences (What you'll bring):
Critical thinking ability to analyze numerical and verbal data, identify patterns, and produce rational solutions Strong collaboration capabilities to build working relationships across teams and involve stakeholders proactively Excellent communication skills to articulate complex financial issues clearly and integrate stakeholder feedback Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis, formula management, and reporting Deep technical accounting knowledge and a commitment to high-quality financial standards AI literacy and application skills to enhance data processing efficiency and reporting workflows
