Job Description

Responsible for delivering excellent customer service by managing inquiries, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Functions

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and messaging platforms.

Process customer requests accurately and efficiently.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Communicate updates and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Research and resolve billing, pricing, and account concerns.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.

Prepare and review reports for accuracy.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.

Two or more years of customer service experience preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel.

Experience with ERP or ticketing systems is a plus.

Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Ability to multitask, work collaboratively, and provide excellent customer service.
