As our bakery continues to grow, we are seeking an accomplished French Pastry Chef with extensive experience in traditional French pastry techniques, particularly laminated doughs, croissants, and viennoiserie.

We are looking for a pastry chef who understands that exceptional French pastry requires precision, patience, technical expertise, and an uncompromising commitment to quality.

The ideal candidate will have advanced hands-on experience producing beautifully laminated croissants and refined pastries with consistent structure, texture, flavor, and presentation.

We value creativity, but equally important is the ability to execute exceptional products consistently in a professional production environment. Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and execute traditional French croissants, pain au chocolat, almond croissants, and specialty viennoiserie.

Demonstrate advanced expertise in dough lamination, fermentation, proofing, shaping, and baking.
Produce refined French pastries, seasonal specialties, and signature bakery creations.
Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and production standards.
Collaborate on the development of new pastry recipes and seasonal offerings.
Manage daily pastry production, preparation schedules, and ingredient inventory.
Maintain exceptional kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food-safety standards.
Minimize waste while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Contribute positively to a professional, collaborative kitchen environment.

Qualifications

* Demonstrated professional experience in French patisserie or an artisan bakery.

* Advanced croissant lamination skills are essential.

Strong technical knowledge of butter-based laminated doughs, fermentation, temperature control, and proofing.

* Experience with classic and contemporary French pastries.

Ability to maintain consistency in a high-quality production environment.

* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.

A genuine passion for pastry craftsmanship and culinary excellence.
Culinary or pastry education is preferred but not required when supported by exceptional professional experience.
