Are you a passionate Pediatric Intensivist looking for your next meaningful opportunity?
Our Pediatric Critical Care team operates a state-of-the-art 24-bed PICU at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona. We're proud to offer comprehensive services including ECMO capability, pediatric trauma care, and congenital heart services, caring for approximately 1,200 admissions annually with an average daily census of 12 patients.
Position:
Full-time Pediatric Intensivist (1.0 FTE)

We're seeking someone who brings
Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatric Critical Care
An Arizona medical license and DEA (or the ability to obtain them)
Malpractice insurance with tail coverage included
Assistance with pet care, childcare, elder care, housekeeping, and tutoringbecause we know life outside the hospital matters too
24/7 confidential mental health support
