Social Media Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging video and static content for Cogent Labs LinkedIn and Instagram pages.
- Write compelling captions that drive engagement.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Support the planning and execution of social media strategies that strengthen our brand image.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas aligned with company goals and audience interests.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and creative ideas.
- Plan and manage the content calendar so posts go out on time and consistently.
- Engage with followers and respond to queries professionally and promptly.
- Track social media metrics and compile regular KPI reports with insights for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a social media role.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, trends and best practices across major platforms.
- Ability to design independently with a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into practical insights.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
