Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced finance and accounting leader to oversee financial operations for a growing medical manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, hands-on professional who can lead a finance team, strengthen financial processes, and partner with executive leadership to drive business performance.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; MBA with a concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred

8+ years of senior-level accounting and finance experience, ideally within manufacturing

5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel

Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting and finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and audits

Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial statements

Establish and maintain effective internal controls, financial policies, and processes

Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning and business decisions

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and industry standards
