Denver, CO (No travel required)
$100,000 - $135,000 Base Salary + Truck (inc. gas card, toll pass etc.) + Full healthcare paid for you and your family + Bonus + 401k + Perks
Are you an experienced Superintendent who is looking to join a company that will genuinely see you leading sophisticated and niche interiors projects throughout Colorado?

This General Contractor have established themselves as the leading interiors/TI contractor in Denver and are continuing to grow not only in terms of headcount and revenue, but also in delivering larger and more complex projects that are in some cases at the bleeding edge of construction technology.
This is an opportunity to join a close-knit group that prides itself on a cohesive and high performing culture, underpinned by investment in their employees. You will be tasked with being the \"face\" of a project, which includes responsibilities like client and senior leadership liaison, schedule creation/management, field operations supervision and overall project stewardship.
Candidate Background, Skills, and Experience
Must be able to build from scratch a CPM schedule
Must be able to manage projects and lead a team of employees and subcontractors/vendors on site
Must be comfortable operating in client-facing environments
Experience within the Denver construction market desirable but not essential
Training and Development
Exposure to complex negotiated work across multiple commercial sectors
Direct collaboration with senior leadership and project teams
Mentoring and training programs

Base Salary: $100,000 - $135,000
