Responsibilities
Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership returns
Own client relationships, communicating directly with business owners and families
Research tax issues and develop practical planning strategies
Respond to federal and state notices
Guide junior staff and review their work as you grow toward manager
What you need
2 to 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting
Bachelor's degree in accounting (master's in tax a plus)
CPA or actively pursuing certification
Strong experience with individual taxation, ideally high net worth
The communication skills to explain complex tax issues in plain language
