Job Description

Lead and develop graphics and production teams across multiple locations.

Oversee graphics from file preparation and pre-press through printing, finishing, quality control, and delivery.

Improve workflows and processes to reduce errors, reprints, waste, and missed deadlines.

Manage vendor and print facility relationships and performance.

Partner with Project Management, Design, Production, and Operations.

10+ years of experience in large-format graphics, print production, pre-press, exhibit graphics, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of large-format printing, color management, pre-press, finishing, and multiple substrates.

Proven ability to manage costs and deliver against non-negotiable deadlines.

Strong operational, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
