Executive Assistant to a Senior Business Leader – Miami (5 Months/Year in NYC)

Base salary up to $300K depending on experience, plus major bonuses

About the role

Patagon Search is recruiting an Executive Assistant for a senior business leader at a major company based in Miami. This is a hard-charging role for someone who is tough, thrives under pressure and keeps a demanding executive running at full speed.

The role is based in Miami. For about 5 months each year you'll live in New York, in housing the company provides. You must be able to live in New York for those 5 months.

Requirements

7+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a fast-paced environment such as financial services, private equity, investment banking or venture capital
Strong continuity on your resume
Bachelor's degree required

· Excellent writing skills

· Strong AI skills

Highly organized, meticulous and methodical
Tough, resilient and comfortable in a hard-charging environment
Able to live in New York 5 months a year (housing provided)

Compensation

· Base salary up to $300K depending on experience

· Major bonuses on top of base
