Smart Edge, Inc. is hiring Entry-Level Sales Associates

to join our Brookfield, WI team.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, first-time sales professionals, individuals with retail or restaurant experience, and anyone interested in exploring a new career path.

No previous sales experience is required.

We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and the tools to help you develop confidence in a customer-facing role.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work directly with customers inside established retail locations, representing nationally recognized brands and helping customers learn about available products and services.

Your responsibilities will include

Start conversations and build connections with customers.

Explain products, services, and promotional offers.

Answer questions and help customers understand their options.

Work toward individual and team sales goals.

Participate in daily team meetings, coaching, and sales training.

Create a positive and professional customer experience.
