The Role

As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance tenant satisfaction and drive property performance.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily operations of assigned properties to ensure high standards of management and tenant satisfaction.
Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality and compliance with regulations.
Lead and mentor property management staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Analyze market trends and property performance to make informed decisions.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in property management or a related field.

- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
