IT Help Desk Specialist
to join their team!
This is a great opportunity to support a high-impact Workday go-live and help employees navigate a major system transition. You’ll provide front-line support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where strong service, clear communication, and quick problem-solving will make a real difference.
Provide first-line support by phone, chat, and ticketing system
Assist with Workday navigation and employee self-service questions
Troubleshoot basic user issues using knowledge articles and documentation
Log, update, and manage support tickets accurately
Escalate complex technical or functional issues to the proper teams
Support users during a high-volume go-live and hypercare period
Identify recurring issues and share knowledge base improvement ideas
Ability to learn new systems and support processes quickly
Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment
Availability to work onsite in Lakewood, Colorado
Ability to work assigned shifts between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
