Our client, a well-established public accounting firm in Glen Allen, VA, is hiring an experienced Tax Associate or Senior to join their growing team. This is a true generalist environment. You’ll work across nearly every client type and industry, building the kind of broad, well-rounded experience that sets you up for a long career and a clear path into management and leadership.

What You’ll Do
Prepare and review individual (1040) returns, with an emphasis on high net worth individuals
Prepare business returns for partnerships, corporations, and nonprofits
Support small and mid-sized business clients across a wide range of industries
Assist with compilation and review engagements
Build relationships with clients and become a trusted resource as you grow
What We’re Looking For
Strong background in individual 1040 preparation, ideally including high net worth clients
Exposure to business returns (partnership, corporate, nonprofit) is a plus
Someone who enjoys variety and wants to keep learning
Compensation and Benefits
3 weeks of PTO to start, plus 2 additional weeks for extra busy season hours
