Role Description

The Junior Visa Processing Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad. This role supports the end-to-end processing of visa, work permit, and residency applications by collecting client information, organizing documentation, and ensuring forms are accurately completed. The officer communicates with clients to clarify requirements, explain procedures, and follow up on missing or additional documents. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing application files for completeness, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams or external authorities as needed, and updating clients on the status of their cases. The officer also assists in monitoring basic compliance requirements, adhering to internal procedures, and contributing to a professional, client-focused service environment.

Qualifications

Strong foundational knowledge of visas and a basic understanding of immigration issues relevant to Pakistan and Gulf destinations.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to explain requirements clearly, handle inquiries, and maintain professional client interactions.

Customer service skills, including patience, responsiveness, and the ability to manage client expectations in a respectful, non-discriminatory manner.

Attention to detail, documentation skills, and the ability to follow structured processes and checklists accurately.

Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., \"word processing, spreadsheets, email\") and basic data entry skills.

Ability to work on-site in Islamabad, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines under supervision.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Business, Social Sciences, Law, International Relations, or a related discipline.

Prior experience or internship in immigration services, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage but not mandatory for junior candidates.

Professional fluency in English and Urdu; additional language skills related to Gulf countries are a plus.
