Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Representative to join our truck dispatching team. Your main responsibility will be to connect with US-based truck drivers, owner-operators, and trucking companies, introduce our dispatching services, and convert qualified prospects into clients.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based trucking companies and owner-operators
- Generate and follow up with potential leads
- Explain our truck dispatching services and pricing
- Build professional relationships with carriers
- Handle objections and negotiate professionally
- Maintain daily call and lead records
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Meet monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Good spoken English and communication skills
- Confident and professional on calls
- Previous sales or cold-calling experience preferred
- Experience in trucking, logistics, or dispatching is a plus
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Basic computer skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated

Job Specification
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the trucking or truck dispatching industry
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. trucking industry and freight market
- Experience with carrier/owner-operator lead generation and client acquisition
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to make outbound calls and confidently communicate with trucking companies and owner-operators
- Strong sales, convincing, and closing skills
- Ability to identify potential clients and convert leads into long‑term customers
- Familiarity with MC, DOT, carrier setup, dispatching, and basic trucking terminology
- Ability to handle objections and follow up professionally
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced office environment
- Good CRM, computer, and internet skills
- Previous experience in truck dispatch sales is highly preferred
- Willingness to work according to U.S. business hours/time zones
