Follow-up calls are often the most productive part of the morning. A client who needed time to review their options calls back ready to talk details, and your job is to pick up exactly where the last conversation left off.
Core responsibilities in this role include:
Reconnecting with clients who have pending questions about their coverage options and guiding them toward a clear next step
Researching plan details and preparing comparison notes before scheduled appointments
Updating records after each interaction so the next conversation starts with accurate context
Coordinating with team members to make sure warm handoffs and referrals stay on track
Develop your skills as a contractor while building client relationships and increasing your income potential. Training covers product knowledge, client communication, and internal tools so you can start contributing early. No insurance background is needed.
