About the Role

We are inviting sales professionals in Islamabad to express their interest in future Territory Sales Executive opportunities. Candidates with relevant FMCG experience in field sales, distributor management, and market execution may be contacted as suitable opportunities arise.

Role Summary

As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving territory sales, managing distributor relationships, strengthening market coverage, and ensuring effective product availability and execution across assigned outlets.

Depending on business requirements, opportunities may be within General Trade, Wholesale, or Modern Trade channels. Candidates with relevant experience in one or more of these channels are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Drive territory sales and achieve assigned sales and distribution targets.
Manage distributor relationships and coordinate sales activities to support effective market coverage and execution.
Ensure product availability, outlet coverage, assortment, and visibility across the assigned territory.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance, distribution, retail execution, and competitor activities.
Develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other relevant trade partners.
Identify opportunities to expand distribution, improve outlet coverage, and grow sales within the assigned territory.
Monitor sales performance and market trends, maintain accurate reports, and identify areas requiring corrective action.
Ensure the effective execution of approved trade activities, promotions, and sales initiatives.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams to address market challenges and achieve business objectives.
Follow company policies, sales procedures, and reporting requirements.

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Typically 3–6 years of relevant FMCG sales and distribution experience.
Hands-on experience in field sales, distributor management, and market execution.
Experience in General Trade, Wholesale, or Modern Trade is preferred.
Strong understanding of sales targets, distribution, outlet coverage, and territory management.
Good communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting.
A valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
